POSITION: 6331B - Security Ambassador (Full Time Regular)
LOCATION: El Puerto Health Center - Wilmington, CA
DUTIES: DUTIES: The Security ambassador ensures the safety of people, property and, buildings either in person or via security cameras.
QUALIFICATIONS: QUALIFICATIONS: Following are the qualifications required to perform the essential functions of this position. Qualifications may be subject to modification based on the Americans with Disabilities Act. A combination of education, training and work experience equivalent to the following: • Ability to stand and/or patrol for 4+ hours. Ability to lift 50 lbs. • Basic computer skills; strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills; ability to remain alert. • High school diploma or equivalency. Must have valid California driver’s license and liability insurance if driving personal vehicle on BHS business. Vision, hearing, manual dexterity and eye-hand coordination must be adequate for performance of job duties. Able to sit at desk, use keyboard, write and physically perform other job duties. Able to move about the facility to observe clients, staff, visitors. Recovering individuals must have a minimum two years clean, sober and abstinent to be considered for employment.
